Will Your Site Remember My Payment and Shipping Information?
Yes! If you create an account, our website WILL remember your preferred address. Having said that, it never hurts to double check the information is correct whenever you are checking out on our shop.

Can I Change My Shipping Information After Checkout?
Yes, but only if your order hasn't shipped yet. If you notice a mistake in your address, please email us asap with your order number and full, correct address. Send the email to our customer service portal HERE

Why Should I Leave My Phone Number at Checkout?
While leaving your phone number isn't mandatory, it can definitely assist delivery personnel who may encounter any issues with your delivery.
If your package cannot be delivered to your exact address, it will go to a postal facility nearby where it will stay until picked up. Unfortunately, orders will be sent back to us if they are not picked up / spoken for in a timely manner.
Your phone number will allow the postal service to alert you that you have a package waiting.
