Shipping

  • Where Do You Ship?

We ship all around the world!

If you are curious about what shipping options are available in your area, we suggest you do a 'mock checkout' on our web store.  You can do so without having to pay for anything - just pay and fully checkout whenever you are ready!

Just load up your cart and input your address details.  Before you are asked to finalize your payment, you will get a quote broken down for any additional shipping or handling costs associated with your order.

  • How Much Time Will Pass Between Placing My Order & Shipping?

    For Printed Products:
We will  have your order processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of placing your order. Keep in mind that weekends and holidays WILL disrupt this quote.

    For Digital Products:
The digital books (as well as the accompanying digital components to printed books) are INSTANT! See our more in-depth response regarding Digital Music Books in our FAQ

  • How Long Will It Take To Receive My Shipment?

While our digital products are fulfilled instantly, our physical products can take time to be delivered.
The amount of time it takes between you completing checkout and receiving your actual item(s) varies from region to region.

The processing time for any given order is 2-3 business days.  This means your order will ship no later than three business days after you place it.  Obviously, it's important to be aware of any products which are in "Pre-Order" status, as those ship out on the date specified on their product page.

Below are approximate shipping times for our physical items (once your order has shipped):

    • United States: 2-9 Business Days
    • Canada: 2-8 Business Days
    • International: 8-21 Business Days

**the above are approximations and are in no way guaranteed**

  • How Can I Track My Package?

Just click on the Order Tracking menu button under "Contact" and toss in your order number.

You can find your order number in the automatic email you will receive from us when you place your order. It is also provided for you when you checkout from the store.  This page will let you know the status of your order and will also provide a digital tracking link if you selected a delivery option which can be tracked (most of the delivery options we provide have tracking INCLUDED!)

We are going to take this opportunity again to tell you about our ACCOUNTS.  When you have an account set up in conjunction with your email address, you will be able to login and view your shipment status at any time.  You will also have the luxury of regenerating new download links should you lose any files.

  • I Am Ordering From Outside of North America, Will I Incur Customs Fees?

Yes, it's possible you will be responsible for paying additional customs on items ordered from our store.  The amount depends on a number of factors, and is different for every country.  Many of our international parcels funnel through USPS - wherein the shipping cost we charge covers only the cost of transporting and delivering your parcel.  As the customer, you will be responsible for handling any duties and taxes incurred, and will need to work with customs to settle any amounts owed.

This is generally an easy process, but it is important to consider before placing your order - as it can increase your overall investment in the product.

We have worked hard to make all of our Music Book products available as instant, digital downloads for those of you who don't want to risk high shipping, handling, and potential customs fees.  Ordering digital products ensures you will not pay unforeseen costs of any kind!
