The "OH WHAT THE FUTURE HOLDS GUITARMORY GIVEAWAY" contest ("The Contest") is a contest which allows participants to enter for a chance to win the offered prize, pursuant to these official rules (the "Official Rules"). By taking part in this Contest you accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree to all decisions of Sheet Happens Publishing Corp (as defined below) are final and binding. These official rules apply only to this contest and not to any other promotions, contests, or sweepstakes by Sheet Happens Publishing Corp.
CONTEST PERIOD:
The Contest begins on February 23th, 2023 at 3:00 PM EST and ends on March 9th, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Contest Period")
ELIGIBILITY, RESIDENCY AND AGE:
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States of America, excluding Quebec (the "Territory"), who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors, and the household and immediate family members of Sheet Happens Publishing Corp are not eligible to enter or win.
HOW TO ENTER:
During the contest period there are two methods of entry, which must be completed fully during the Contest Period.
Limit of one (1) entry into the Contest per individual during the Contest period.
Method of entry as follows:
- Bundle Option
Participant may enter the contest with the online purchase of the "Oh What The Future Holds - The Complete Guitar and Bass Transcription: Deluxe Bundle" (the "Bundle"). By purchasing the Bundle, you are automatically entered into the Contest. Each purchase of the Bundle will grant an entry to the Contest in accordance to the Official Rules. Each entry constitutes one (1) ballot entry into the random draw as described below. - No Purchase Necessary Option: Write In
Participant may enter the contest with mailing in a letter in an envelope or postcard, write or type Oh What The Future Holds Guitarmory Giveaway, your full legal name, address (no post office box addresses accepted), city, postal code, country, email address and telephone number.

PRIZE:
There will be one (2) Prize Winners.
Each winner will be able to select their own custom configuration of the Ferox bridge and Teres neck pickups
Each pick up can come in 6, 7, or 8 string versions and are available in Fall Out Distressed or Standard Black.
Both prize packs have an approximate retail value of $300USD
PRIZE DRAW:
A random draw for the potential winner will take place on March 10th, 2023 at 3:00 PM EST in Toronto, Ontario from all eligible Entries received during the Contest.
If the random selection is a resident of Canada, before being declared a winner, entrant will be required to correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question administered over email when the entrant is notified of being a potential winner by Sheet Happens Publishing, to be declared a winner of the Prize.
NOTIFICATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNER
The potential winner will be notified by e-mail once the draw is complete, and if needed will be provided the mathematical skill-testing question. The entrant will have twenty-four (24) hours to either: complete the question in a reply e-mail or claim the prize. Sheet Happens Publishing Corp reserves the right to randomly select a new potential winner if either: the question has not been answered, or the prize has not been claimed within the allotted time. You acknowledge that should you win the Contest, Sheet Happens Publishing Corp may publicly announce your name as a winner of the Contest, including in any advertisements, promotions and on or through official social media channels.
